PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space required to install an air conditioner of an air- conditioning facility of the type blowing air to floor faces and to save energy by making it possible to introduce outside air while processing perimeter load. SOLUTION: A pericounter 8 facing an exterior wall 7 and communicating with a supply chamber 2 is provided and the air conditioner 3 is installed therein. The air conditioner is a unit comprising devices such as a filter, a cooling and heating coil, and a humidifier incorporated between a return fan and a supply fan 11 which are positioned at both ends inside an elongate casing 9. The air conditioner can admit fresh air from a fresh air inlet 16 provided in the exterior wall. The casing is used also as the pericounter. A total heat exchanger is incorporated into the air conditioner and the air conditioner is provided with a path for bypassing the total heat exchanger, and a damper. An air outlet 18 for the perimeter, through which part of supply air SA is blown out upwards along a window surface 19, is provided in the upper surface of the pericounter. The damper is provided enabling the air-conditioning facility to be operated while storing heat in a frame. |
