PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method of which appropriate urging information are periodically outputted and incoming answers are checked by viewing a job system used between departments related to the job, without a need for previous integration of special elements. SOLUTION: An answer urging program embedded in a job system is transmitted from a server to a use's computer. The program comprises a step S36 for displaying an answer urging object when the user's computer includes urging information from the server that forms the answer urging object, and a step wherein the answer urging object is repeatedly displayed at the interval of every prescribed time after urging information is obtained if the urging information is not cancelled. The server side of the program comprises a step S41 for cancelling and transmitting urging information when the server receives an answer for the urging object from an user, and a step S44 for cancelling urging information included in the answer urging program according to the step for cancelling and transmitting from the server side. |
