PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an image display unit mounted on a vehicle like a liquid crystal display is arranged usually in a dash board center, and as the width of a display part, an oblong image plate larger than or equal to a prescribed width of a device main body satisfying specification cannot be adopted, and the problem in the case of accommodation that possibility of overlapping is generated between vehicle components in an engine room and an occupied space, since the display part is faced downward and accommodated in the front of the vehicle. SOLUTION: An aperture 7b through which an accommodated oblong panel part 11 can be dragged out in the longitudinal direction is installed in an upper surface 7b of a console 1 disposed at a prescribed position in a vehicle room. A second block 13 is constituted being able to adjust pivoting around a pivoting tilt shaft 211 as a center, in such a manner that the panel part 11 dragged out of the aperture 7b faces downward about 90 degrees around a pivoting hinge shaft 210 as a center and a carman can view easily the liquid crystal display 14.
