At least one second damping arrangement (30) is arranged in the by-pass line (11; 12, 13). Said second damping arrangement (30) comprises at least one moving damping element (33), for example, a piston and the moving damping element (33) of the second damping arrangement (30) is connected in at last two parts to a drive (35) embodied as at least one piezo actuator.
