In addition, a receiving pattern management part 207 for storing the coded data with pattern IDs, a receiving pattern analysis registration part 206 for fetching the coded data corresponding to the pattern IDs from the receiving pattern management part 207 when the communication data received from the instruction consignee device 100a is the pattern ID, and a decoding part 208 for decoding the fetched coded data to the original plotting instruction groups are added to the instruction consignee device 100a.
