PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and remotely utilize an automatic transaction machine such as an ATM. SOLUTION: The automatic transaction machine is provided with a communication part and communication with a portable terminal of the user is enabled. The user operates keys of the portable terminal according to voice guidance through the portable terminal. Thus, the user does not operate a touch panel and touches the ATM only at the time of receiving paper money or the like. Since it is an operation in the habitually used portable terminal owned by an individual, the ATM is utilized very easily.
