PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure of a casement window capable of easily adjusting the vertical movement of a rod without removing a stile. SOLUTION: This locking structure of the casement window comprises a cremorne mechanism allowing the rod 61 to be vertically projected from a door body 3 in the casement window having the door body 3 formed of upper and lower rails and right and left stiles assembled with each other openably installed in a frame body 1. A cremorne mechanism body 60 for vertically operating the rod 61 is stored in the stile 33, the rod 61 is connected to the cremorne mechanism body 60 so that the rod can be vertically moved by the rotation of the rod 61, and a restriction mechanism for arbitrarily restricting the rotation of the rod 61 is installed in the upper and lower rails or the right and left stiles.
