PURPOSE: An electric fan for providing natural wind is provided to compensate and weaken pressure waves of artificial wind generated by two or more rotation elements by interference for forming natural wind, thereby preventing rough feeling and swelling of a face of a user. CONSTITUTION: A natural wind electric fan includes at least two rotating elements(10) supported by supporting elements(8,9) on a base(2) and respectively having a plurality of blades(14) of different size, wherein rotation shafts of the rotating elements form a predetermined angle of 0-90 deg. together on a plane surface or a side surface, and the rotation elements rotate at different velocities with a phase difference from each other, the rotation velocities being variable by predetermined periods.
