PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery using a small-sized circuit breaker of which, volume efficiency is improved by increasing the space occupation rate of the battery in a battery pack, preventing from complication of manufacturing process, enabled to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: For a battery, using a small-sized circuit breaker having a movable arm 24 which has a structure of forming a current flow path extending from a current supply side terminal 20 to a current take out side terminal 25 at usual time, and cutting the current flow path or restricting the current flowing through the current flow path at unusual time, the current supply side terminal 20 is formed to one surface of a body of equipment, and the current take out side terminal 25 is formed to the other side of the body of equipment to which, the current supply side terminal is not formed, and a the current supply side terminal 20 is fixed to an opening sealing body 6.
