PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing processor capable of executing various kinds of image processing. SOLUTION: A memory reader 113 has a function taking data to a specified address out of a memory 111 and an associative storage device 112. An arithmetic device 114 executes arithmetic processing such as data reading from the memory reader 113, processing to the read data or generation of the address, according to a given command. A processed result of the arithmetic device 114 can be inputted to the arithmetic device 114 itself. The processed result of the arithmetic device 114 can be given to the memory reader 113 as the address. As a result, by giving the arithmetic command corresponding to the desired image processing to the arithmetic device 114, the desired image processing can be executed.
