<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily operate equipment to be controlled in the case of using the equipment to be controlled. SOLUTION: A wireless communication section 56 of a mobile terminal 34 and a wireless communication section 14 of a facility equipment controller 10 have a function of implementing wireless communication by using a very weak electromagnetic wave, and a wireless communication unit 12 including the wireless communication section 14 is installed in an elevator hall of each floor and an interior of a cage in a building. When a particular wireless communication unit 12 detects presence of the mobile terminal 34, a control section 18 transmits notice information in a two-digit numeral denoting an instruction, which a possessor of the mobile terminal 34 can give to an elevator 26 at a place of the wireless communication unit, to the mobile terminal 34, which displays the information on a display section 36. The possessor enters a numeral corresponding to a desired operation via an operation section 38 on the basis of the notice information, the control section 18 receives the numeral as the instruction information and outputs the received information to the elevator 26 so as to control the operation of the elevator 26.</p> |
