PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sorting work of recording sheets by sorting them based on the information concerning to printing, e.g. type of media, recording agent used in the printing, and the like. SOLUTION: Printing-related information 160 including at least information on a recording agent to be used in print processing is acquired, the information included in the printing-related information 160 is identified to generate a sortable identifier 170 which is attached to a print medium 180 at the time of print processing.
