PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting device having a constitution of easily adjusting the inclination of the visual field of a photographing range observing means with reference to a photographing lens. SOLUTION: As for the device for adjusting the position of the photographing range observing means 1 in the case of loading a unit 2 provided with a photographing optical system equipped with the photographing lens and each optical system having as an object a photographing range observing means optical system equipped with the photographing range observing means 1 for viewing the target object to be photographed, the device has such the constitution 3 that a visual field frame 3 is rotatably arranged with reference to the photographing range observing means, and the inclination of the visual field frame 3 is adjusted with rotation after assembling.
