PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a wire lifting device of a working vehicle for use in work on a slope, which enables the working vehicle to easily move and change a direction, and has good working efficiency. SOLUTION: The wire lifting device of the working vehicle for use in civil engineering work on the slope is characterized as follows: an annular lifting attachment 1 is provided in a height-of-gravitational-center intermediate part between an operating part X, which is located in an upper part of a working vehicle body, and driving caterpillars Y which are located in a lower body with a travel device, in such a manner as to be independent of the height-of- gravitational-center intermediate part; and a wire is locked to/wound around the lifting attachment 1, so that the work can be carried out.
