PURPOSE: A vertical blind device is provided to economize in energy using solar heat and to operate a blind conveniently by a wireless remote controller. CONSTITUTION: The vertical blind device comprises: a power supply unit(1000) transforming common AC220V input signals, rectifying, then converting into DC signals of the appointed level and containing a solar battery; a motor unit(2000) containing a primary motor to control the movement of the vertical blind and a secondary motor to control a rotary angle of the vertical blind; an input unit(3000) outputting motor control signals by receiving control orders for a motor; a detection unit(4000) containing an encoder unit(4100) to detect the location of the primary motor(2100) and the secondary motor(2200) and a limit switch unit(4200) to detect the beginning and ending locations of the motors; and a control unit(500) moving the vertical blind by driving the motor according to the motor control signals from the input unit and containing a Key-Scan logic unit(5100), an RF antenna unit(5200), an RF decoder unit(5300), an amplifier unit(5400), a center control unit(5500) and a motor driving unit(5600).
