PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a information data processing device of a three-dimensional CAD capable of quickly transmitting information data such as amendments or instructions and comments/dimensions to a three-dimensional model without bearing an load to the network of a communication line. SOLUTION: The information processing device of the three-dimensional CAD according to the present invention is provided with a memory means which stores only information data such as comments and instructions inputted by an information input means, control means which performs input-output control of only information data such as amendments or instructions and comments/dimensions stored in the memory means, a transfer means which transfers the information data outputted from this control means or reproduces and provides the same data and a display means which displays the information data inputted from the transfer means together with a three-dimensional model. Therefore the device can quickly transfer the information data such as amendments or instructions and comments/dimensions to the three-dimensional model without bearing an load to the network of the communication line, thereby enhancing a design efficiency and better improving handling of the same.
