PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high frequency heating equipment provided in a lamp for illumination, in which the number of man-hours needed to assemble the main body is reduced, durability, ease-of use feature, and assembling efficiency are increased. SOLUTION: The lamp 7 is fit without using screws to a part 9b having a predetermined space in a fitting sheet in which a square hole 9a and a protrusion 9c are made on one side. Since no screw is used for securing the lap 7, the number of man hours needed to assemble the main body is reduced, and further the lamp is not securely fixed, fitting-up thereof can be arbitrarily adjusted from loose to firm fit, and impact produced in opening/closing the door is absorbed in the range of variable fitting in accordance with the degree of fitting secureness. Thus, troubles such as breaking of the filament in the lamp 7 is prevented and the durability can be improved.
