PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burning appliance, in which an existing portable-cooker stand can be used, heating power can be regulated to cook the variety of foods, and contamination of air is prevented to cook food in a desirable condition from the viewpoint of environmental hygiene. SOLUTION: This burning appliance is placed in the bottomed tubular cooker stand having ventilation notches made from the opening end to the bottom. The burning appliance comprises a combustion part of burn gas-fuel in the cooker stand, a fuel-supply regulating part provided with a gas-fuel storage tank, and a joint material. The fuel-supply regulating part is placed in the outside of the stand, and regulates the amount of gas-fuel supply to the combustion part. The joint material joints the combustion part to the fuel-supply regulating part through the notch.
