PURPOSE: Provided are methods for manufacturing of freeze dried Sparassis crispa and preservation thereof. Therefore the freeze dried Sparassis crispa maintains its taste and flavor, color and nutrients for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The methods for manufacturing of freeze dried Sparassis crispa and preservation thereof comprises the steps of: quick freezing fresh Sparassis crispa at low temperature with a ultra-low temperature freezer; covering every single Sparassis crispa with a cover made of pet bottle material, while freezing it; transferring the frozen Sparassis crispa to a vacuum freeze dryer and freeze drying it; sterilizing the freeze dried Sparassis crispa; and covering it with a PP based cover to maintain its shape and to absorb moisture.
