PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appeal to a customer as an economical article to promote sale, by printing a differential price provided by subtructing a fixed price from an article price corresponding to an actual weight on a label of the article of fixed weight and fixed price. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 weighs the article mounted on a weighing part 5 when detecting an input of a weighing key in a fixed weight and fixed price lavel issuing mode for print-issuing the label of the fixed weight and fixed price by the fixed weight and fixed price set by an operator. The CPU calculates the price corresponding to the weighed actual weight after the weighing of the article, and subtructs the fixed price from the article price to calculate the differential price. Then, the CPU controls a printer 19 to issue the label of the article of the fixed weight and fixed price printed with the differential price, when detecting an input of an issuing key.
