METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING AND DETECTING YERNISIA USING NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid molecule for specifically identifying and detecting a bacterium of the genus Yersinia and various bacterial species of the genus Yersinia. SOLUTION: A method for identifying whether or not a bacterium is a specific bacterium belonging to the genus Yersinia or detecting the specific bacterium belonging to the genus Yersinia is provided. The method for identifying and detecting the bacterium is characterized as comprising the following steps (1) and (2). (1) a step of bringing the specific nucleic acid molecule into contact with the bacterium and (2) a step of confirming whether or not the specific nucleic acid molecule is bound to a gyrB gene of the bacterium.
