PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a software driver via the Internet when the software driver is updated to peripheral equipment of a computing system later. SOLUTION: The above purpose is attained by performing (1). determination of the peripheral devices attached to the system, (2). confirmation of feasibility of automated installation about the peripheral devices found attached to the system, (3). detection of network location of a driver installation program for the peripheral devices, (4). download of the driver installation program and (5). running of the driver installation program, by an automated installation object. |
