<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector which prevents an IC card from flotation and erroneous insertion, and eliminates the damage of IC card and short circuit by arranging a prevention wall of a floatation preventing mechanism, preventing the floatation of inserted IC card, to an ejector mechanism on a base board, and by arranging a protrusion of an erroneous insertion preventing mechanism which prevents the insertion from backside. SOLUTION: For a card connector for an IC card composed of a base board and a metal cover combined with the base board, a prevention wall is arranged to an ejector mechanism mounted to one side of the base board, and a protrusion is formed on the metal cover.</p> |
