INTEGRATED CIRCUIT, AND ITS CIRCUIT CONSTITUTING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit which is constituted corresponding to supplied constitution data and can protect the secrecy of the constitution data, its circuit constituting method, and a program of a data processor which generates constitution data of such an integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A plurality of circuit cells 1 constituting a circuit cell array 4, a plurality of matrix switch parts 2 and switch parts 3 connecting those circuit cells 1, and I/O cell parts 5 arranged around the circuit cell array 4 change the circuit constitution according to constitution data (configuration data) supplied thereto. Some of those circuit blocks have some of their circuits previously fixed to specific circuit constitution and the supply source of the constitution data converts the constitution data according to secret information regarding the fixed circuits. Consequently, difference constitution data of the circuits except the fixed circuits are generated and supplied to the integrated circuit.
