METHOD FOR REEEZING AND THAWING OF HUMAN BLASTOCYSTS

The subject of invention is a method for freezing and thawing of human blastocysts, which enables the further use of blastocysts in out-of-body fertilization procedures. The method according to the invention is an improved two-stage method which differs from the known ones in temperature at which the freezing of embryos is carried out, in the composition of freezing and thawing solutions, in the choice of cultivation substrates, in the blastocyst cooling-down programme and in blastocyst washing procedures in thawing solutions.
