A mobile communication control method is provided. In the method, when a home location register (130) receives additional service execution unsupported information (S11) from a switch (220) in a network in a roaming destination in response to transferring subscriber information (S2), it is determined whether location registration of a mobile station (10) is to be performed on the basis of at least one item of information on the additional service and activation information of the additional service that are managed by a service control apparatus (140), and execution of location registration is controlled on the basis of a result of the determination.
