PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pillow which makes the height and hardness thereof adjustable optionally by altering the quantity of down packed into a bag body properly in the pillow having the bag body packed with down and eliminates the scattering and losing of the down in a room in the adding of the down to or removing thereof from the bag-like body. SOLUTION: A partition fabric is arranged inside a bag body 3 so as to divide the bag body in two to make a tiny chamber 7 on the side of the head top part of the pillow and a tiny chamber 8 on the neck part and the periphery thereof is sewn on the fabric of the bag body while the central part of the partition fabric is displaced in position to be allowed to contact the surface side fabric and/or the rear side fabric. It is so arranged that when the central part contacts the surface or rear side fabric, the space of the tiny chamber on the side of the neck part reduces or becomes to zero. An opening part made free to open or close with a proper retaining device is provided in the tiny chamber on the side of the neck part of the pillow bag body. This enables enclosing of the proper number of mini bag down cassettes each having a tiny bag body packed with the down into the tiny chamber on the side of the neck part.
