PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately provide information on examination items for a hospital and to speedily produce and provide an examination slip based upon the information. SOLUTION: A person in charge of a clinical examination company 5 uses and connects an examination item input computer 13 to a Web server 21, inputs examination item data 28, and registers them in a database 27. A person in charge of sales uses and connects a computer 15 to the Web server 21, inputs a request of the hospital 9 regarding the examination slip to a template 26, and outputs the examination slip. The hospital is allowed to confirm and correct the examination template 25 and so on and a final template 26 is completed. On the basis of the template 26, an automatic make-up server 23 makes up an examination slip according to the template 26 and an automatic make-up system 31 produce the examination slip.
