PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant with super cooling without deteriorating the heat exchanging capacity of a heat exchanger functioning as a condenser and reduce a heat loss as much as possible. SOLUTION: An outdoor heat exchanger is provided with a main body heat exchanger having heat transfer tubes constituting refrigerant routs branched into one or a plurality of systems; the heat transfer tubes connected to the outlet port side of the refrigerant route of the main body heat exchanger, when the main body heat exchanger functions as the condenser and constituting the refrigerant routs branched into one or a plurality of systems; and an auxiliary heat exchanger for receiving super-cooled liquid refrigerant liquefied in the main body heat exchanger.
