摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique concerning the mutual connection of the members constructing a hydrogen extractor for permitting a further miniaturiza tion of the hydrogen extractor. SOLUTION: The hydrogen extractor 10 is provided with a flow path plate for a reformed gas 30 (30a, 30b), a plate for separating hydrogen 40 (40a, 40b) and a flow path plate for a purge gas 50, which are metal thin plate members, is constructed by mutually connecting these laminated members using a diffusion connection. A flow path slit for the reformed gas 32, with which the flow path plate for the reformed gas 30 is provided, forms a flow path for the reformed gas together with the plate for separating hydrogen 40 adjacent thereto. The flow path slit for the purge gas 54, with which the flow plate for the purge gas 50 is provided, forms the flow path for the purge gas, wherein hydrogen extracted from the reformed gas by the plate for separating hydrogen 40 is mixed, together with the plate for separating hydrogen 40 adjacent thereto.
