PURPOSE: A shoulder mounting device for a cellular phone is provided to have an excellent speech quality by laying the cellular phone on a shoulder and directly performing a telephone call through a receiver and a transmitter of the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone connection device(30) has a body(31), and a magnet(32) for being installed at one side of the body(31) and fixing the cellular phone(70) to the body(31) using a metal plate. A shoulder fixed member(40) has a supporting bracket(41), a pair of main rotation racks(42) rotatably combined with the supporting bracket(41) at their one end, and a pair of sub rotation racks(43) rotatably combined with the other ends of the main rotation racks(42). The shoulder fixed member(40) has a contact plate(47) combined with the other ends of the sub rotation racks(43), and a ball(50) protrusively formed in the supporting bracket(41). A ball supporting member(60) has a base plate(61) attached to one surface of the body(31) of the cellular phone connection device(30), and a plurality of ball accommodating portions(62) having a certain curvature to be contacted with an external circumference of the ball(50). A plurality of ball accommodating portions(62) is combined with the base plate(61) by one body.
