PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system by which a remote operation of equipment from outdoors or at home is extremely easy for an aged person or a user who is not good at operation of the equipment and easy remote operations of information appliances coping with home network the kinds of which is increased are enabled in the future. SOLUTION: Image information to select and control the equipment 3 filled in a fill-out sheet is read by a terminal 2 and the read image information is transmitted to a central unit 1. The central unit 1 converts the transmitted image information into a control signal recognizable by the selected equipment 3 and outputs the converted control signal to the selected equipment 3. In addition, the central unit 1 transmits a format of the fill-out sheet to the terminal 2 according to a request from the terminal 2. The terminal 2 prints the transmitted format of the fill-out sheet.
