<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector with a terminal protective device capable of effectively protecting a terminal member even when an insertion form of a card is not normal and it is an erroneous insertion. SOLUTION: The card connector is provided with the card C electrically connected by insertion into a connector body B. The connector body B is provided with a housing 2 provided with a terminal member 4 contacting an electric contact e of the card C, a metal shell 3 covering the housing 2, a card inserting opening 21 provided between the metal shell 3 and the housing 2, and a displacing means 20 of displacing the card C midway of insertion of the card C toward the metal shell 3 side when the insertion form of the card C is not normal.</p> |
