Auto micro emulsifiable pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration. Auto micro emulsifiable pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration contains: (a) an active component that is seriously affected by the initial intestinal passage; (b) a lipophilic phase that comprises a mixture of glycerol mono-, di-, and triesters and PEG mono- and diesters, together with a 8 - 18C fatty acid; (c) a surfactant (TA) phase that is a mixture of glycerol mono-, di-, and triesters and PEG mono- and diesters with caprylic and capric acids; (d) a cosurfactant (CoTA) phase comprising at least one ester of an alcohol and a fatty acid that is a propylene glycol caprylic ester, propylene glycol lauric ester, and/or polyglycerol oleic ester. The ratio of TA/CoTA being 0.2 - 6.
