PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly execute program progress by reducing any answer whose term expires to the quiz, success/failure prediction, and shopping of a viewer participation program. SOLUTION: A control bit for inhibiting temporary recording (time-shit viewing) is set, or temporarily recording whose answer limiting time is specified is permitted so that the answer of a viewer can be prevented from being transmitted to a broadcasting station when the term expires. Also, an answer end flag indicating that the term of the answer expires and a targeted program code are transmitted from the broadcasting station so that the answer of the viewer can be prevented from being transmitted to the broadcasting station. Also, any answer to be reproduced from a recording medium is inhibited. |
