PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize bringing a high frequency heating apparatus equipped with a range hood into a high output, improving a ventilation capability, improving the property of installation by making the apparatus a light weight, and a stabilized safe fixing method. SOLUTION: There are provided a heating chamber 1, an electric power supply apparatus 2 for executing high frequency output control with a semiconductor device, ventilating means 3, and illumination means 4 for illuminating an article to be heated on another heating cooking apparatus. By executing high frequency output control for an optimum heating output linearly for proper time there are ensured linear control of a heating output, making the apparatus sharply light weight, so that there are ensured fastest heating cooking by maximum outputting, realization of optimum cooking performance, and sharp improvements of installation performance of any instrument onto a mounting wall and safety performance by stable fixing.
