GLASS FRIT FOR FORMATION OF BARRIER WALL, BACK GLASS SUBSTRATE FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass frit from which barrier walls having low dielectric constant for a plasma display panel(PDP) can be obtained and to provide a PDP having the above barrier walls. SOLUTION: The glass frit for the formation of barrier walls contains glass powder, and a calcined body obtained by calcining the glass frit has <=13 relative dielectric constantεat 20 deg.C and 1 MHz and >=70 MPa three-point bending strength. Or the glass frit for formation of barrier walls contains glass powder and aluminum borate powder. In the PDP having discharge cells divided by barrier walls and disposed between two glass substrates facing each other, the barrier walls of the PDP are obtained by calcining the above glass frit for the formation of barrier walls.
