<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish efficient position control technology for relative motion floating bodies having huge mass to be dynamically influenced with each other. SOLUTION: A system for controlling positions of floating bodies having a first floating body 1 and a second floating body 3 linked with the first floating body 1 to be displaced. The first floating body 1 is provided with a control circuit 6 to control a motion of the first floating body 1. The control circuit 6 is provided with a first control circuit 7 to output a first output signal 9 based on input of a first input signalθ1-θ2 as physical quantity regarding position control of the first floating body 1 and a second control circuit 8 to output a second output signal 11 based on input of second input signals R,ΔR as relative physical quantity of the first floating body 1 to the second floating body 3. The motion of the first floating body 1 is controlled based on the first output signal 9 and the second output signal 11. The second control circuit 8 is a neutral network to output the second output signal 11 to compensate the first output signal 9.</p> |
