PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the oscillation of a flapper due to pressure pulsation of hydraulic oil spouted from a nozzle, and prevent deformation of a tip end of a nozzle caused by oscillation of a flapper. SOLUTION: Platy stopper parts 12 orthogonal to an axis of a nozzle 9 are provided at parts opposite to a flapper 8 of the nozzle 9 in a hydraulic amplifier, and a squeeze film dampers 15 are formed of the stopper parts 12 and the part of the flapper 8 opposite to the stopper parts 12. When hydraulic oil is injected out from the nozzle 9 to generate pressure pulsation, the pressure pulsation is damped by a damping property of the squeeze film damper 15, and the oscillation of the flapper 8 is suppressed, thereby preventing the flapper 8 from hitting the tip end portion of the nozzle 9 and deforming. When the flapper 8 hits on the nozzle 9 side by any reason, surface pressure is reduced by the stopper portions 12, thereby preventing the deformation of the tip end of the nozzle 9.
