PURPOSE: A thermos pot and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve a wet shielding effect by preventing wet from penetrating into a bonding part of an inner pot and an outer pot. CONSTITUTION: A thermos pot(40) includes an inner pot(41) and an outer pot(42). The inner and outer pots(41,42) are made of material having superior thermal conductivity, such as aluminum. The inner pot(41) has a cylindrical shape and a first diameter. The outer pot(42) also has a cylindrical shape and a second diameter larger than a first diameter of the inner pot(41). When the inner pot(41) is received in the outer pot(42), a space section(43) is formed between the inner pot(41) and the outer pot(42). A handle(44) is attached to an outer peripheral portion of the outer pot. A flange is formed at an upper end of the outer pot(42).
