PURPOSE: A pressure type soil nailing method using a portable foaming urethane packer is provided to improve safety rate of a sheathing structure by increasing effective diameter and shear resistance of a grouting anchorage. CONSTITUTION: The pressure type soil nailing method using a portable foaming urethane packer comprises the steps of perforating holes(53) on the ground, interposing a soil nail(71) attached with a portable foaming urethane packer(61) to the perforated hole(53), sealing up a nail anchorage(S) of the perforated hole(53) by injecting a foaming urethane agent to the portable foaming urethane packer(61) through a filling hose(63), and consolidation-grouting to give the appointed pressure by cement milk by injecting cement milk to a grouting anchorage(t) of the perforated hole(53) through a grouting hose(65).
