PURPOSE: A CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) monitor is provided to install a display screen maximally near to an installation surface and a shelf on an upper part of the monitor and to automatically maintain a horizontal directing of the shelf while freely adjusting the monitor to the angle to comfortably watch. CONSTITUTION: A housing(20) receives a CRT(10) including a display screen and a circuit board for driving the CRT monitor and a front lower terminal is contacted to the install surface. A cam(30) adjusts a height of a rear part of the housing(20) according to a rotation by rotatively installing to a lower part of the housing(20). The front part of the shelf(40) is connected to the front upper surface of the housing(20) and the shelf(40) is extended to a rear direction. A power transmission tool(32) drives the arm to an up/down direction by meeting with a rotation angle of the cam(30) when the cam(30) is rotated.
