PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate both spray stems of a two-throw aerosol can approximately simultaneously by pushing down an operating plate even if the stems are uneven in height. SOLUTION: An operating plate regulating means 22 is formed of an operating plate 14 and an engaging portion within a movable region inside a second notch 7 of the operating plate 14 by pushing down wherein predetermined push- down force or more is applied to the plate 14, thereby causing disengagement to enable spray stems 2 to be pushed down approximately simultaneously by pushing down the plate 14. Further, an elastic plate 24 is formed of a cover member portion between two expanding slots 23 extending from an inner rim of a lower surface of the second notch 7 through an outer rim to a lower part of a cover member 4. In addition, the engaging portion 26 is formed of a downward step which is formed on an external surface of a lower part of a hanging plate 17 which hangs from the operating plate 14 to engage with a tip of the elastic plate. |
