PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key which can unlock cylinder locks each including a driver pin and a bottom pin in combination, especially cylinder locks employing an internal pin. SOLUTION: The key for the cylinder locks in various types is comprised of a combination of a hook pick member and a tension member. The hook pick member is formed of a hook pick 3, a cylinder body 4, and a rotation- operating handle 6 which are connected to each other in one body. The hook pick 3 is formed of a slender metallic bar, and its front end 1 is bent and flattened in a bent direction. Further, the flattened front end 1 has a projection 2 at the center of its edge. The cylinder body 4 has a projection attached thereto at a location near the hook pick, and has the other end fixed to a shaft location. The tension member is formed of an inserting frame body 7 and a cylinder body 8 which are formed in one body via a tension operating portion 9. The inserting frame body 7 conforms to the shape of a vacancy of a key hole of the cylinder lock. The cylinder body 8 includes notches 10, 11 for guiding the projection 5 of the hook pick member, and inducing rotation. The key thus formed is available for the cylinder locks each containing the driver pins therein.
