PURPOSE: A system for managing a financial document of the EC(Electric Commerce) is provided to display, print and store every sort of financial documents generated from the EC in a desired form, to manage the documents corresponding to the clients by a specific server, and to make the clients conveniently refer the documents. CONSTITUTION: An EC company(100) transmits the corresponding financial document to the client(110) with response to the financial transaction. Then, a watermark is inserted to the document. The client parses the HTML(Hypertext Markup Language) or the XML(eXtended Markup Language) financial document and checks the occurrence of the financial transaction. If any financial transaction does not occur, the contents are loaded. Otherwise, the authentication procedure is performed by fetching the watermark. Without the authentication, the error in the authentication is displayed. Otherwise, the financial document is processed by the document conversion OCX. If the format of the document file is a postscript file, the file is printed or stored.
