PURPOSE: A method for an intermediation service business for a limited time exchange use, shared use, common use, and lending use of an article using a network and a recording medium capable of being read by a computer having a program capable of embodying the same are provided to perform an intermediate for making service users exchange an article and use the article therebetween for the stipulated time and to enable a user to use an adjacent lending center by cooperating with a conventional lending center for a sharing and a common use. CONSTITUTION: A businessman(10) performs an intermediation and a lending of an exchange use and a lending use between users for a limited time through a web server, and includes a computer system(60) and a database(70) which are linked with the web server. A user(30a, 30b) must suggest an exchange use and a lending use including at least one limited exchange use condition. When an exchange use is achieved between users, an exchanging center(40) supplies and checks an exchange place and supplies a service for an exchange and a lending. An information sharing company(50) charges an insurance problem, an accident problem, personal information necessary for the exchange use, and shares a database with a public institution. It is desirable that a service such as a WWW file transfer protocol(FTP) and a mail is supplied through a network(20) such as a LAN, a WAN(wide area network), the Internet, an intranet, a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), and a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol).
