PURPOSE: A bracket for fixing a hook is provided to improve the quality by assembling parts accurately with contacting the outer surface of the hook to the fitting sill without rotating in mounting the hook in a vehicle room. CONSTITUTION: A combination hole(121) is formed in a fixing part(120), and fixing parts are formed at both sides of a hook fixing bracket(100). An assembling hole(111) is formed in an assembling part(110), and the assembling part is formed between fixing parts. A fitting sill(112) is formed in the assembling part, and contacted to the outer surface of a hook. The fixing part is combined with a roof rail inner panel, and the hook is placed in the assembling part. The bracket is installed in a vehicle room by combining the assembling hole with a bolt. The hook is fixed accurately by contacting the outer surface of the hook to the fitting sill in assembling.
