PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data conversion device in which a data input side is insulated from a data output side for suppressing the influence of noise occurring in the device on measured data with inexpensive insulation constitution and to provide a telemeter device using the conversion device. SOLUTION: In the telemeter device collecting data from a measuring unit and transmitting it as measurement data, the data conversion device 1 is provided with a data conversion part 10 which is on the data input side and includes an A/D converter 30 which A/D-converts analog data from the measuring unit and an input/output control part 20 which is on the data output side and includes an oscillation circuit 23 supplying a clock signal to the A/D converter 30. A high frequency transformer 43 arranged on a signal insulating part 40 transmits the clock signal from the oscillation circuit 23 to the A/D converter 30 and insulates the oscillation circuit 23 from the A/D converter 30.
