PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount/remove a stationary blade on/from a blade ring in a short time without affecting the shape of the stationary blade. SOLUTION: This jig for attaching/detaching the stationary blade for attaching/detaching a stationary blade block 22 to/from the blade ring 20 is constituted of a jig body 2 fixed to an outer peripheral part of the blade ring 20, a pawl part 4 having a formed pawl 4a inserted into a gap between the stationary blade block 22 and a heat insulation ring 21 and latched on the stationary blade block 22, a wire 5 connected to the pawl part 4 and the jig body 2, and a winding machine 6 for drawing the wire 5 to the jig body 2. The stationary blade block 22 is moved to a prescribed position of the circumferential direction of the blade ring 20 by tension of the wire 5 by fixing the jig body 2 to the outer peripheral part of the blade ring 22, inserting the pawl 4a into the gap between the stationary blade block 22 engaged with the heat insulation ring 21 and the heat insulation ring 21, latching the pawl part 4 on the stationary blade block 22, winding the wire 5 by the winding machine 6 and drawing the wire 5 to the jig body 2.
