(5R)-5-(methylamino)-5,6-dihydro-4H-imidazo[4,5,1-ij]quinoline-2 (1H)-thione of formula (A) and its salts and a process of preparation thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, A, B, D, n and X are as described in the disclosure. These compounds are suitable for treating sexual disturbance such as hypoactive sexual desire disorder, female sexual arousal disorder, male erectile disorder, female orgasmic disorder, and male orgasmic disorder.
